About the Role
Coding Pro Academy is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Computer Faculty who loves teaching and inspiring students. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in programming and computer science concepts, along with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple and engaging manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach coding and computer science concepts to school and college students.
- Deliver interactive sessions on programming, AI basics, web development, and related technologies.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Guide students in projects, competitions, and problem-solving activities.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and incorporate them into teaching.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C/C++, or JavaScript).
- Good understanding of computer fundamentals and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage classroom sessions effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of teaching or training experience preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional technical knowledge and teaching skills may also be considered.
