Project Manager - Fire Protection / Fire fighting & Alarm systems.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Fire Protection / Fire Fighting Systems to manage and execute fire protection projects from planning through completion.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in fire fighting systems, sprinkler systems, hydrant systems, fire pumps, fire alarm systems, site execution, project coordination and testing & commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage and execute fire protection projects as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules.
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors and other MEP teams.
* Supervise site engineers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors.
* Review and coordinate shop drawings, material requirements and project schedules.
* Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and productivity.
* Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery to site.
* Check installation of:
* Fire Hydrant Systems
* Automatic Sprinkler Systems
* Fire Pumps
* Fire Alarm Systems
* Fire Fighting Piping
* Fire Extinguishing Systems
* Ensure work is carried out according to NFPA, NBC and applicable local fire safety requirements.
* Coordinate testing, commissioning and inspection of fire protection systems.
* Coordinate with Fire & Rescue Department / authorities for Fire NOC-related requirements when required.
* Prepare and verify measurements, BOQ, billing and variation statements.
* Monitor project costs and control wastage.
* Attend site meetings and prepare progress updates.
* Identify site issues and coordinate timely solutions.
* Ensure quality, safety and compliance at project sites.
* Ensure proper project handover and submission of as-built drawings and documents.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
