Job Description:-
Machine Operator will run and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce skincare, makeup, and perfume.
He will oversee the production line to ensure products are safely blended, filled, packaged, and labelled in strict compliance.
Machine Setup & Calibration: Prepares and adjusts equipment (such as tube-filling and blending machines) according to specific product formulas and production batch guidelines.
Quality Assurance: Inspects product samples for correct fill weights, color consistency, and chemical concentration, minimizing product defects.
Compliance & Hygiene: Strictly adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and performs rigorous cleaning-in-place (CIP) to prevent cross-contamination.
Skills –
Troubleshooting: Diagnoses minor mechanical or software issues to minimize production downtime.
Documentation: Logs production data, equipment run-times, and raw material usage.
Core Skills: Proficiency with manufacturing software and hardware, mechanical aptitude, sharp attention to detail, and the physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
