Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Executive to support day-to-day office operations, data management, reporting, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong Microsoft Excel skills and be comfortable working with large datasets, preparing reports, maintaining records, and supporting management with accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and update reports, trackers, and databases using Microsoft Excel.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
Create and maintain dashboards, summaries, and business reports.
Perform data entry, data validation, data cleaning, and accuracy checks.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of business information and records.
Maintain office records, documentation, and operational databases.
Monitor and update various trackers and reporting sheets.
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, organize, and update data.
Compile information from various sources and prepare meaningful reports and summaries.
Support management with presentations, documentation, and ad-hoc reporting requirements.
Conduct basic online research and information gathering as required for business needs.
Assist in database creation, maintenance, and information management activities.
Required Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, and Conditional Formatting.
Ability to create reports, dashboards, and maintain data trackers.
Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Diploma or Any Graduate.
1–5 years of experience in office administration, reporting, data management, or similar roles.
Strong Excel and data handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
