Job Description: Marketing Manager (Webinar & Lead Gen Specialist)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who is highly skilled in the technical side of digital marketing platforms and excels at creating high-conversion webinar content. The primary objective of this role is to build a robust sales funnel by generating high-quality leads through educational and technical webinars, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team for revenue generation.
Key Job Duties & Responsibilities
* Webinar Content Engineering: Create, script, and produce technical webinar content that addresses customer pain points and highlights the value proposition of our products/services.
* Lead Generation Strategy: Design and execute end-to-end lead generation workflows using digital marketing platforms to capture, qualify, and manage new business prospects.
* Technical Sales Integration: Master the technical selling side of our platform to effectively communicate complex features to potential leads during the marketing process.
* Digital Platform Management: Oversee and optimize the marketing tech stack (CRMs, webinar software, and automation tools) to ensure efficient data collection and lead tracking.
* Sales Pipeline Alignment: Work directly with the sales department to ensure that webinar attendees are moved through the funnel and that leads are converted into tangible sales results.
* Webinar Promotion & Traffic: Manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns to drive targeted traffic to webinar registration pages.
* Performance Analytics: Monitor and report on key metrics, including webinar attendance rates, cost-per-lead, and the total sales revenue generated from marketing initiatives.
Technical Skills Required
* Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms and automation tools.
* Technical Selling: Ability to translate technical product features into marketing messages that drive sales.
* Content Production: Experience in structuring webinar flows that maintain engagement and encourage immediate action from leads.
