Our journey began with a small 10x10-foot store and a vision to solve a problem that millions of women faced—finding fashionable clothing in their size. Today, we are a team of 50+ professionals serving over 5 lakh customers across India through our online and offline channels.
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Liaison who can ensure seamless coordination between the company and our digital marketing partners while keeping a close eye on campaign performance and business outcomes.
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, business-oriented, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Meera’s in-house brands.
This role will be responsible for managing communication with our digital marketing agency, monitoring advertising performance to ensure healthy ROAS and customer acquisition costs, and creating omnichannel marketing strategies that drive growth across both e-commerce and retail operations.
The ideal candidate understands both:

This is not a hands-on media buying role. Instead, the candidate will act as the bridge between management, creative teams, retail operations, e-commerce, CRM, and external marketing partners to ensure that all marketing activities contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Oversight
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and digital marketing agencies.
- Monitor Meta, Google, and other paid advertising channels.
- Great Understanding of product catalogue & pushing the relevant products as per seasonality,
- Review campaign performance and ensure marketing budgets are utilized efficiently.
- Ensure achievement of key performance targets, including:
- ROAS
- CAC
- Conversion Rate
- Revenue Growth
- Customer Retention
- Customer Lifetime Value
- Provide strategic direction and feedback to agency partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and profitability.
Omni-Channel Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans across:
- E-commerce Website
- Retail Stores
- Social Media
- WhatsApp & CRM
- Influencer Marketing
- Paid Advertising
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Align online campaigns with retail promotions, launches, and seasonal activities.
- Drive both online sales and offline store footfall.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and coordinate:
- Festive Campaigns
- Sale Campaigns
- New Collection Launches
- Store Activation Campaigns
- Customer Retention Initiatives
- Brand Awareness Campaigns
- Work closely with content, creative, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely execution.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
- Able to strategize the marketing of the particular quarter in detail as per the quarter revenue targets & achieve them.
- Ability to get detailed insights in product analytics.
- Track and analyze:

- Website Performance
- Revenue Contribution
- Store-Level Marketing Performance
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Present actionable insights and growth recommendations to management.
- Monitor customer acquisition and retention trends.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Coordination, Account Management, or Agency Management.
- Basic understanding of:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- E-commerce Marketing
- Marketing Metrics & Reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working with reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- High attention to detail and accountability.

This position is essentially a Digital Marketing Account Manager (Internal)—someone who ensures that agencies and internal teams stay aligned and accountable while management remains informed of marketing performance.
