We Are Hiring: Front Desk Executive / Guest Relations Executive
Location: Ghatkopar/ Mulund
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing patient appointments and scheduling
- Following up with patients for appointments and treatments
- Billing and handling clinic management software for administrative tasks
- Attending and responding to call enquiries
- Managing clinic stock and inventory
- Coordinating and handling staff at the clinic
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (mandatory)
- Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred
