Role: Market Expansion Associate (Field Operations)
This is a high-impact, on-ground growth role where you will directly contribute to expanding our brand presence across Kolkata.

Your Key Responsibilities
Field Market Expansion
- Visit targeted business areas across Kolkata with scheduled appointments
- Explore and identify new business opportunities
- Represent the brand confidently in face-to-face interactions
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Introduce Manipura Ayurveda’s fragrance & wellness solutions
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable products
- Connect with decision-makers and initiate business conversations
- Generate leads and schedule demos/meetings
Product Presentation & Pitching
- Present solutions in a clear, confident, and engaging way
- Explain real benefits of aromatherapy and ambiance fragrance systems
- Build trust and long-term client relationships
Market Research & Insights
- Collect market feedback, competitor insights, and customer preferences
- Identify high-growth sectors and opportunities
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking
- Work closely with the business development team
- Ensure proper follow-ups and pipeline management
