Job description
- Responsible for delivering quality products to customers.
- Manage entire team of Quality Engineers & ensure smooth functioning of Quality Department.
- Follow ISO Standards and 5S process to avoid customer complaints
- Responsible to handle customers complaints and preparation of CAPA
- Establish revised quality check system to avoid repeated complaints
- Dimensional Analysis and functional Testing of product .
- Inspection & Testing of Incoming Materials RM/PM/MB & Documentation and its Release & Supplier Non-Conforming Report.
- Prepare COA of the product
- Maintaining all record in SAP (SYSTEM APPLICTION & PRODUCT).
- Monitoring on Online Inspection & PDI.
- Daily Internal Calibration of Weighing Balance & Magna Magna mike.
- Specification Review & Mis-match Analysis.
- Specification Master list & Instrument History card.
Mandate Points: Raw material knowledge, Vernier Caliper, Vacuum Leakage tester, Drop Tester, Top Load tester, Bursting tester, Induction Sealing machine & Torque Tester Machine, Height gauge.
