Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce [Company Name]’s software solutions and generate leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Qualify leads based on established criteria and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed call notes, contact information, and lead status.
- Follow up with prospects via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and objections with professionalism and accuracy.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align telecalling efforts with broader company goals
