- Generate leads and convert them into motor insurance customers.
- Explain motor insurance products, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and terms to customers.
- Prepare and share insurance quotations based on customer requirements.
- Handle new policy sales, renewals, and policy servicing.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and renewals.
- Assist customers with policy-related queries and service requests.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, policy issuance, endorsements, and other requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and policy details in the CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up and completion of customer requests within the required TAT.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Support customers during the policy lifecycle and provide appropriate assistance when required.
