Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven, and result-oriented B2B Field Marketing Specialist to drive our business expansion coimbatore. In this role, you will be on the ground identifying potential enterprise clients, distributors, retail partners, and corporate accounts. You will build and manage a robust B2B channel network, conduct face-to-face client presentations, and establish strong strategic partnerships across (Coimbatore).
Key Responsibilities:
- Network Building & Expansion.
- Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with new B2B partners, dealers, corporate clients, distributors and Manufacturers Field Visits & Lead Generation:
- Conduct extensive field travel to meet decision-makers (CXOs, Purchase Managers, Business Owners) for product/service demonstrations and deal closures. Reporting & CRM Tracking:
- Track all field visits, leads, pipeline stages, and conversions daily/weekly through CRM software. *Required Skills & Qualifications* Educational Background:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (B.B.A, B.Com, B.E) or Higher Secondary (+2) with relevant experience in B2B field sales. Language Proficiency:
- Fluent in Tamil (essential for local ground connection) and working knowledge of English. Field Experience.
- 0 - 5 years of proven experience in B2B field marketing, corporate sales, or channel expansion. Mobility.
- Willingness to travel extensively (60%–80% field time) across coimbatore. Core Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, cold-calling, and closing skills. Vehicle & License.
- Valid Two-Wheeler with mobile phone
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
