HashHackCode is looking for an Educational Psychologist Intern to support our learning design, curriculum development, and inclusive education programs. This role is ideal for psychology students or graduates who are interested in child development, learning behaviour, cognitive skills, neurodiversity, and education technology.

Your roles and responsibilities:
- Learning Design Support: Assist in creating structured lesson plans, activities, worksheets, and learning materials for different age groups and learning levels.
- Cognitive Skill Activities: Support the development of activities that build attention, memory, sequencing, logical thinking, problem-solving, language, and executive functioning skills.
- Inclusive Content Development: Help adapt learning content to make it simple, accessible, engaging, and suitable for diverse learners.
- Curriculum Support: Work with the Learning & Development team to build learning paths for primary, secondary, and tech-based education programs.
- Learner Observation: Support the team in reviewing learner responses, activity performance, and engagement patterns to improve lesson design.
- Testing & Feedback: Review and test learning modules to check clarity, difficulty level, learner-friendliness, and instructional flow.
- Research Support: Assist in researching learning strategies, child development practices, inclusive education methods, and activity ideas.
- Documentation: Maintain simple notes, feedback summaries, content trackers, and learning observations as required.
What we require:
- Psychology background: Suitable for students or graduates in Psychology, Educational Psychology, Child Development, Counselling Psychology, Special Education, or related fields.
- Interest in inclusive education: A genuine interest in supporting kids and neurodiverse learners through structured and accessible learning.
- Understanding of learning behaviour: Basic knowledge of child development, cognition, attention, memory, learning styles, or developmental differences is a plus.
- Content thinking: Ability to simplify concepts and create clear, step-by-step learning instructions.
- Research mindset: Comfortable reading, summarizing, and applying educational or psychology-based ideas into practical learning activities.
- Good communication: Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
- Tool comfort: Basic knowledge of Google Docs, Sheets, Canva, or other collaborative online tools.
- Ethical and sensitive approach: Ability to work with learner-related information respectfully and responsibly.
