HR Recruiter (Field Recruitment)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage recruitment activities across Guwahati and the Northeast region. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field recruitment, local candidate sourcing, and building strong recruitment networks. This role requires extensive travel to identify, source, and recruit candidates from different locations across the Northeast.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in the local language(s), and have a thorough understanding of the local culture, geography, and talent market. Experience in hiring blue-collar and operational workforce will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through field visits, local job markets, placement agencies, colleges, job fairs, and community networks.
- Conduct recruitment drives across Guwahati and various Northeast states.
- Build and maintain a strong local talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate the complete recruitment process.
- Travel extensively across the Northeast region for candidate sourcing and hiring activities.
- Develop relationships with local employment exchanges, vocational institutes, consultants, and community leaders.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in field recruitment or bulk hiring.
- Experience in sourcing candidates across the Northeast region.
- Strong knowledge of the local job market and recruitment channels.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and one or more Northeast/local languages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Assam and other Northeast states.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Familiarity with the culture, geography, and employment landscape of the Northeast region.
- Experience in blue-collar, logistics, transportation, or operations hiring.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
