Job Summary
De beacon is looking for a passionate and communication-driven Education Counsellor to support our skill enhancement training programs. The role involves engaging with parents, understanding student development needs, and guiding them towards suitable skill development solutions to improve students' learning and career readiness.
Key Responsibilities
* Connect with parents and explain the benefits of skill enhancement training programs.
* Understand parents' requirements and provide appropriate guidance based on student development needs.
* Counsel parents on the importance of skill development and future career opportunities.
* Manage follow-ups with prospective parents and maintain strong communication throughout the enrollment process.
* Build positive relationships with parents and support student enrollment.
* Maintain accurate records of parent interactions, follow-ups, and conversion updates.
Candidate Requirements
* Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer relationship roles is preferred.
* Candidates with experience in tuition centres, educational institutes, or training organizations will be given preference.
* Excellent communication and convincing skills.
* Ability to interact professionally with parents and understand their concerns.
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in *tuition centre telecalling, education sales, parent counselling, or student enrollment activities* will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
