About the Role
We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive & Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in interacting with customers, and possess basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Call customers to confirm orders and verify order details.
- Manage return, exchange, and refund requests.
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Welcome and assist visitors at the office reception.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team regarding deliveries and exchanges.
- Maintain customer records and update order details.
- Perform general reception and administrative duties.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (Hindi proficiency is also required).
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, email, and WhatsApp Web).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-first attitude with good problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Working Hours
- Full-time - 9:00AM - 6:00PM
- Monday to Saturday
