Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements including budget, travel dates, and preferences
- Plan and create customized travel itineraries
- Book flights, hotels, transportation, and holiday packages
- Provide accurate information on destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance
- Handle customer queries and provide support before, during, and after travel
- Stay updated with travel trends, deals, and destination knowledge
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
