Role & responsibilities
- Handling corporate/ residential in both soft and hard property facility services.
- Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipments,maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety,etc.
- Cost Optimization & Vendor Management
- Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office and Apartments infrastructure and facilities.
- Budgeting and cost control measures, Monitoring Budget variance.
- Handling the entire gamut of operations related to effective maintenance of the Technical-Equipment and the utility services and provided technical support to ensure smooth operations of various electrical/ electronic systems.
- Identification and rectification of problems to ensure smooth operations and recommended need-based modifications to enhance operational efficiency and resource optimization.
- Exp. in Setting up Utilities accounts over call.
- Follow up with vendor for subscription cancellation and Refunds.
- Accounting and Book keeping and invoicing knowledge verification.
- Handling corporate/ residential in both soft and hard property facility services.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
