- This is a full-time, on-site role.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- This role involves 100+ outbound calls daily.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment with regular follow-ups and lead conversion responsibilities.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for high-energy and result-oriented candidates who are comfortable with daily outbound calling, pitching, lead generation, and learner counseling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, confidence in handling prospects over the phone, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
This role requires consistent follow-ups, relationship building, and effective communication to guide learners toward suitable exam preparation programs. Candidates should be self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working towards sales and conversion targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to prospective learners.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide course-related information.
- Explain course features, pricing, schedules, and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates.
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding admissions, payments, and learner feedback.
- Address learner concerns professionally and build trust throughout the admission journey.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or outbound sales.
- Strong pitching, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Basic English and Hindi communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools or spreadsheets.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
2–5 years of experience in tele sales/ calling roles
COMPENSATION
₹22,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
