Project Head – Real EstateJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Head to lead and manage real estate development projects from planning to handover. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, quality construction, cost control, and coordination with all stakeholders including consultants, contractors, and authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of real estate projects (residential / villa / plotted developments)
- Prepare project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and vendors
- Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Track project costs and control expenses to maximize profitability
- Ensure smooth project handover and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 6–15 years of experience in real estate / construction project management
- Strong experience in residential, plotted developments, or villa projects
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
