BA - Business Analyst Job
Hiring: Fresher & Experienced (Full-Time, On-Site – Rajkot)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The role involves bridging the gap between clients, business clients, and technical teams by understanding business needs, capturing requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience working in technology-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and pain points.
2. Provide ongoing support by clarifying requirements, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Engage in discussions with clients to capture, analyze, and document new feature requests.
4. Create, maintain, and manage project requirement documents, functional specifications, user stories, and scripts for implementation.
5. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and requirement alignment.
6. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with clients to gather insights, validate requirements, and gain consensus.
7. Collaborate with BDE, Sales, and the Project Manager to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively.
8. Support testing and validation of system changes to confirm they meet documented requirements.
9. Work closely with the sales team to analyze new client project requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
