Position: Sales Advisor
Department: Retail Sales
Reporting To: Store Manager
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Promote ongoing offers, loyalty programs, and new product launches.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback effectively.
Store Operations
- Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is neatly arranged.
- Ensure products are properly tagged and priced.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages to the Store Manager.
- Assist in stock receiving, stock counts, and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards within the store.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Support billing and payment processes as required.
- Ensure accuracy in cash and card transactions.
- Follow company procedures related to sales documentation and transactions.
Compliance & Reporting
- Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Follow attendance, shift, and reporting requirements.
- Support management in achieving operational and customer service goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent.
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with strong selling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.

- Achievement of sales targets.
- Conversion rate and average bill value.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Compliance with store standards and operational procedures.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
