Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director / Senior Management. The EA will act as a key coordination point between leadership, internal departments, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Management Support
- Manage MD’s daily calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Draft, review, and manage professional emails, letters, and documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical & digital).
- Handle incoming calls and visitors professionally.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (Excel / PPT / Word).
- Maintain trackers for sales, recruitment, operations, or projects.
- Present summarized data to management.
Operations & Follow-ups
- Monitor ongoing projects and provide regular updates to management.
- Follow up on pending approvals, payments, and tasks.
- Support recruitment activities (interview scheduling, candidate coordination).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Admin Assistant / Coordinator
- Married and Unmarried both can apply.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
