Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic or sales. Their role is both strategic and creative, requiring a mix of marketing, communication, and analytics skills and deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
² Develop and execute comprehensive strategies and KPIPs that are aligned with company goals, define target audiences and KPIs, and stay updated on industry trends.
² Create customized content unique to each platform, curate industry-relevant materials, and maintain a content calendar for a consistent online presence.
² Oversee and maintain all social media pages, respond to comments and messages professionally, and ensure adherence to community guidelines.
² Foster community engagement, plan campaigns and activities to boost brand awareness, and encourage user participation.
² Create monthly reports per platform to share with the Chief Media and Marketing Officer
² Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
Required Qualifications:
² Bachelor's degree
² In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and best practices with at least 2 years of experience in Social Media Management.
² Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
² Proficiency in content creation and graphic design.
² Creative thinking and analytical mindset.
² Familiarity with specific social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), or skills in video editing.
² Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
² Excellent written and visual communication skills.
² Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
² Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social).
² Analytical mindset to interpret data and optimize content strategies.
² Creative thinking and problem-solving.
