Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students in choosing the right courses, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and educational programs
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Explain course details, benefits, and career prospects clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
- Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing team
Requirements:
- Any Degree (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
- Good communication and convincing skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
Preferred Skills:
- Sales or counselling experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students
