Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations at project sites. The role involves managing on-site activities, ensuring work is completed on time, maintaining quality standards, and enforcing safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect work quality and ensure standards are maintained
- Manage material usage and inventory at site
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain proper documentation (daily reports, attendance, site logs, etc.)
- Ensure timely completion of tasks within budget constraints
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (construction/interiors preferred)
- Strong understanding of construction processes and safety standards
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Basic knowledge of drawings, layouts, and project planning
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under deadlines
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
