Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Process Trainer
- Experience in the BPO or US Logistics industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Experience in new hire onboarding, process training, refresher sessions, and performance coaching
- Ability to create training content, SOPs, and learning materials
- Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct new hire and process training sessions
- Develop and update training modules and documentation
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Identify training needs and recommend performance improvement plans
- Collaborate with operations to ensure training effectiveness and process compliance
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
