Perfetto Naturals is a Wayanad, Kerala–based private company (founded 2019) that produces, processes and exports organic and natural food products — primarily organic spices, coffee and natural extracts — working closely with a network of local farmers to supply certified, international‑grade products. Main products include Organic spices and herbs, Robusta/Arabica coffee (including certified offerings), oleoresins, essential oils, supercritical CO2 extracts, caffeine/extracts, and sterilized organic produce.
As a plant operator you will be responsible for daily operation, who monitors, and maintains high-speed production and packaging machinery to maximize output while strictly minimizing machine downtime. Handle equipment setup, monitor control panels, feed raw materials, and perform routine preventive maintenance or basic troubleshooting to keep operations smooth. Additionally, you have to enforce strict quality and safety compliance by conducting regular product inspections, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a safe, hygienic workplace.
