Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (Fresher) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospective students, promoting our training programs, and contributing to the growth of the institute through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective students through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Counsel students regarding clinical research and healthcare training programs.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, educational institutions, and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in organizing webinars, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
- Achieve monthly admission and business development targets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and goal-oriented mindset.
