We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Client Coordination & Office Administration Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, communicate with clients, generate leads through email outreach, manage office administration tasks, and provide backend operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Send professional emails to prospective and existing clients to generate business leads.
- Follow up with clients and maintain strong business relationships.
- Handle backend support and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Manage office administration tasks, including filing, document management, office supplies, and maintaining office records.
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks.
- Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
