Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell SkillCouncils.com subscription packages, including Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Packages. The candidate will be responsible for calling prospective clients, explaining package benefits, converting leads into paid customers, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain SkillCouncils.com services and subscription packages.
- Sell Quarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Packages to training partners, NGOs, institutions, consultants, companies, and other potential users.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest the most suitable package.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to close sales.
- Maintain daily calling, lead follow-up, and conversion records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Share package details, payment links, proposals, and service information with prospects.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with subscribers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and service activation.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Update CRM, Excel sheet, or sales tracking system regularly.
- Identify new business opportunities from existing and new customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong telesales, telecalling, or customer handling ability.
- Basic understanding of sales process and lead conversion.
- Ability to explain digital subscription packages clearly.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp communication.
- Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or subscription sales preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Prior experience in education, training, recruitment, tender services, B2B sales, or digital platform sales will be an added advantage.
Package Selling Focus
The Telesales Executive will be responsible for selling the following SkillCouncils.com packages:
- Quarterly Package
- Half-Yearly Package
- Annual Package
The candidate must clearly explain the benefits, validity, pricing, features, and value proposition of each package to potential customers.
Performance Expectations
- Daily outbound calling and lead follow-up.
- Monthly subscription sales target achievement.
- Lead-to-customer conversion improvement.
- Customer retention and renewal support.
- Accurate reporting of sales activities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, sales-driven, and comfortable speaking with business owners, training partners, NGOs, consultants, and institutional representatives. The candidate should be able to explain services professionally and close subscription sales through regular follow-ups.
Compensation
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance. Incentives may be provided based on sales achievement and package conversion.
