Travancore Builders is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout their journey with the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM/database.
- Follow up with customers regarding ongoing requests and service updates.
- Provide project-related information and guide customers throughout the process.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
- Generate customer feedback and report recurring issues to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer support, or customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
