Position Summary
The Head of Sales – Migration Services will lead the complete sales function of the organization, ensuring sustainable revenue growth through effective leadership of Sales Teams, Telecalling Teams, Team Leads, and the Lead Assessment Team. The role will be responsible for developing sales strategies, optimizing conversion ratios, improving customer experience, and working closely with the Marketing team to maximize lead quality and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Monitor and improve lead-to-enrolment conversion across all sales channels.
- Identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Forecast sales performance and present business reports to management.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Team Leads, Sales Executives, and Telecalling Teams.
- Build a high-performance sales culture driven by accountability and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development programs.
- Define KPIs, incentives, and productivity benchmarks for all sales teams.
Assessment Team Management
- Supervise the Lead Assessment Team responsible for screening and qualifying prospective migration applicants.
- Ensure accurate eligibility assessments and seamless handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
- Improve lead qualification standards to enhance overall conversion rates.
Sales Operations
- Design and implement effective sales processes and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor CRM usage, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
- Track sales metrics including:
- Lead Conversion Rate
- Revenue Achievement
- Productivity per Executive
- Cost per Acquisition
- Customer Acquisition Rate
- Follow-up Effectiveness
- Sales Cycle Duration
Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Provide regular feedback on lead quality, campaign performance, and target audience requirements.
- Collaborate on strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and return on marketing investment.
- Participate in campaign planning, promotional activities, webinars, and marketing initiatives.
Customer Experience
- Ensure every prospective client receives a professional and consultative sales experience.
- Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Promote ethical sales practices aligned with company values.
Reporting & Business Planning
- Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Recommend strategic improvements to management based on data-driven insights.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
Experience
- 8–12+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or Revenue Management.
- Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role managing multiple sales teams.
- Experience in Migration, Study Abroad, Immigration, Education Consulting, International Recruitment, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, BPO, or other high-volume consultative sales environments will be preferred.
