Job Title: Outbound Telecaller – E-commerce
Job Location: Rajendra Place, New Delhi
Working Days: Mon to Sat (10:00-7:00 pm)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory)
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Outbound Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the E-commerce industry. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and hands-on experience in outbound calling, customer handling, order confirmation, follow-ups, and resolving customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for order confirmation and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer records and call logs.
- Achieve daily call targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an E-commerce company is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English will be an added advantage).
- Good customer handling and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
