Job Description:
We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage and lead the sales teams in Tiruppur and Coimbatore. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, achieving order targets, expanding market coverage, and ensuring team productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage the sales teams in Tiruppur and Coimbatore.
- Achieve monthly sales and order targets.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance.
- Develop distributor and retailer networks.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure timely order generation and execution.
- Submit sales reports and market feedback.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in team handling and channel sales.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with the Tiruppur and Coimbatore markets.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
