Role Description: Business Development ExecutiveNo. of Position: 2Joining: ImmediateSalary: As per market standards (Negotiable)About the Role: It is a full-time hybrid role based in Baddi, Himachal Pardesh with a mix of in-office and on-field responsibilities. This role supports the Sales Head in planning and executing sales strategies, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, following up on leads, preparing quotations and proposals, and maintaining accurate sales records and reports. The BDE will coordinate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and customer support to ensure timely deliveries and a smooth customer experience. The role also involves monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to help refine sales approaches and contribute to sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Proficiency in basic business documentation, including proposals, quotations, reports, and presentations.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms to track leads, opportunities, and sales performance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and suggest practical actions.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (preferably in an industrial or manufacturing context) is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings and market visits.
