Position: Accounts Assistant
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our Accountant in managing the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining purchase, sales, receipt and payment entries.
- Enter transactions in Tally/accounting software.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes and payment vouchers.
- Maintain bank, cash, customer and supplier records.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain purchase bills, expense bills and other supporting documents.
- Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance work.
- Coordinate with the Accountant for monthly closing and report preparation.
- Maintain proper filing of accounts and export-related financial documents.
- Perform other accounts-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS.
- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic communication and follow-up skills.
- Fresher or candidate with 1–2 years of accounting experience may apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
