GAJAN Group Holdings | Remote, India | Full Time | Evening Shift
Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 per month base plus uncapped commission.
Performing reps realistically earn 35,000 to 55,000 per month.
Who We Are
GAJAN Group Holdings is a holding company with eleven businesses
across commerce, software and services, with entities in Mohali and
Toronto. A beauty and personal care services brand in Ontario, two
B2B SaaS products, real estate interests, and more. The team is
small. The work is real. Everyone here owns their function
outright.
What This Job Is
You will sell across our North American portfolio from India,
working evening IST hours that overlap the Canadian business day.
Three lines of business: booking and membership sales for our
beauty and personal care services brand in Ontario, demo booking
and closing support for our B2B software products, and lead
qualification for our real estate interests. You are on the phone
and on WhatsApp with real customers in Canada every working day, in
English, Hindi and Punjabi, because that is what our customers
speak.
What You Will Do
- Call and message inbound leads for our Ontario services brand:
book appointments, sell memberships and packages, follow up
no-shows
- Qualify and book demos for our B2B SaaS products: outbound
follow-up on trials and inbound requests
- Qualify real estate leads: capture requirements, schedule
viewings with our local partners, keep the CRM true
- Work the CRM with discipline: every call logged, every follow-up
scheduled, no lead goes cold by neglect
- Report weekly in numbers: calls made, bookings closed, conversion
by source, commission earned
- Work 1:30 pm to 10:30 pm IST, Monday to Friday, matching the
Canadian business day
What We Are Looking For
- 1 to 4 years in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles with
targets you can quote
- Fluent, clear English with a neutral accent comfortable for North
American callers, plus conversational Hindi and Punjabi: our
customer base in Ontario speaks all three
- You close on the phone: you can describe a real objection you
overcame and what it was worth
- Comfortable with CRM systems and disciplined about logging
- Reliable evening availability and a quiet space with good
internet for calls
- Based in India
Bonus points for beauty, wellness or salon industry sales, SaaS
demo experience, real estate exposure, or prior work with North
American or UK customers.
