Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in Sourcing Candidates, Screen Resumes , Coordinate Interviews.

Communication, Support Recruitment Marketing, Participate in Recruitment Events.

Conduct reference Checks , Administrative Support - Provide general support to the Hr team, including Filing, data entry and preparing reports. Contribute ideas to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
