We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead generation and business development, and will play a key role in driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Independently identify, research, and generate high-quality leads using LinkedIn, digital platforms, and other sources.
Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process.
Strategic Outreach: Conduct consultative calls with decision-makers to provide tailored insights about our solutions.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage follow-up meetings with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless handover to the sales team.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, outreach strategies, and pipeline management.
Technology Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of relevant technologies to engage confidently with prospects and address their requirements.

Pay: ₹8,917.71 - ₹36,644.89 per month
