We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, labour compliance, payroll processing, and employee documentation. The candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR activities, ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining employee records, and assisting in payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and salary-related documentation.
- Ensure timely compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers and compliance records.
- Support employee confirmation, transfers, resignations, and full & final settlement processes.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation requirements.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, MIS, and compliance-related documents.
- Support audits and inspections by maintaining accurate records and required documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
Required Skills:-
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances.
- Experience in payroll processing and attendance management.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be preferred.
- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and related compliance activities.
- Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and HR-related reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Candidate should be willing to work from the Rohad, Bahadurgarh location.
