Job Overview
Media Comrades is looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor with a strong understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling. The ideal candidate should have experience creating engaging content for various platforms and possess the ability to deliver high-quality edits that capture audience attention.
Key Responsibilities
* Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms.
* Create engaging montage edits, fashion edits, talking head videos, product videos, promotional videos, and personal branding content.
* Stay up to date with the latest editing trends, transitions, effects, and storytelling techniques.
* Collaborate with the creative team to develop content concepts and campaigns.
* Add subtitles, motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects where required.
* Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and project requirements.
* Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing.
* Proficiency in:
* Adobe Premiere Pro
* DaVinci Resolve
* Adobe Illustrator
* Adobe Photoshop (basic knowledge)
* Strong understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
* Experience in editing short-form content, reels, and trend-based videos.
* Good understanding of pacing, color grading, audio mixing, and visual storytelling.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with motion graphics and basic Adobe After Effects.
* Familiarity with current social media trends and content strategies.
* A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for producing impactful content.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for a walk-in interview and a short editing assessment to evaluate their technical and creative abilities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
