Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with around 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, C# development, and application support. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in developing, customizing, troubleshooting, and supporting D365 F&O applications while ensuring smooth business operations and system performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications
- Analyze business requirements and deliver technical solutions within D365 F&O
- Provide application support and troubleshoot production issues
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical incidents
- Develop and maintain integrations, customizations, and enhancements
- Write and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient C# code
- Support deployments, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business teams to deliver solutions
- Create technical documentation and support knowledge repositories
- Ensure application stability, performance, and security
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
- Strong hands-on development experience in D365 F&O
- Good experience in C# and .NET development
- Experience in Application Support / Technical Support environments
- Knowledge of Finance, Banking, or Financial Operations processes
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 integrations and extensions
- Understanding of ERP implementation and support processes
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and release management
- Experience working in enterprise or banking environments
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools
