Personal Secretary
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to senior management. The candidate will handle schedules, maintain records, coordinate meetings, manage communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendars.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and official correspondence.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain confidential files and company records.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and follow-ups.
- Assist in office administration and daily operational tasks.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams professionally.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum +2 / Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Odia.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.

Pay: ₹18,661.38 - ₹24,866.56 per month
