Job Description
The Nesavu is looking for sales staff for our kidswear store.
The job is to welcome customers, show dresses, explain sizes, help parents choose outfits for their children, and support daily store work.
We need someone who is polite, active, neat, and interested in working with customers.
Main Work
- Welcome customers with a smile.
- Ask what they are looking for.
- Show dresses based on age, size, occasion, and budget.
- Explain price, size, fabric, and design details.
- Help customers choose the right dress.
- Keep the store neat and clean.
- Arrange dresses properly after showing customers.
- Support billing and packing when needed.
- Check size and stock availability.
- Handle customers politely.
- Work together with the store team.
Who Can Apply
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in textile shop, dress shop, boutique, kidswear, or retail store is a plus.
- Should know Tamil.
- Basic English is a plus, but not compulsory.
- Should be polite and patient with customers.
- Should come to work on time.
- Should be ready to work on weekends and festival days.
- Should be neat, active, and responsible.

Salary
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
Work Timing
As per store timing.
