Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and organized Insurance Operations Associate to handle policy processing, renewals, and client coordination. This role is suitable for freshers or candidates looking to start their career in the insurance and financial services sector
Duties
- Process and verify insurance applications, claims, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and correspondence related to insurance policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to insurance operations
- Support the onboarding of new clients by providing clear information about policies and procedures
- Monitor policy renewals and follow up on outstanding documentation or payments
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational workflows and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in insurance policy issuance and documentation
- Manage policy renewals and send reminders to clients
- Coordinate with insurance companies for processing and updates
- Support claim processing and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records of client policies and transactions
- Handle basic client queries and provide support

Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two (12th pass) or Any Degree
- Basic knowledge of insurance is an advantage
- Freshers can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
