Key Responsibilities
Pre-Operative
- Prepare the operating theater, ensuring all equipment (e.g., ventilators, monitors, anesthesia machines) is fully functional.
- Organize and sterilize surgical instruments using autoclave machines.
- Assist in safely transferring, positioning, and prepping patients on the operating table.
Intra-Operative
- Work alongside the surgical team to maintain a completely sterile field.
- Pass surgical instruments and supplies to the surgeon.
- Assist the anesthetist with drug administration, IV fluids, and vital sign monitoring.
Post-Operative
- Assist in transferring the patient to the recovery room or Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
- Clean and disinfect the operating room and dispose of biomedical waste according to hospital safety guidelines.
- Restock supplies, perform inventory, and maintain logs of equipment status.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
