Kerala Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, travel-loving, and customer-focused professionals to join our growing team as a Holiday Consultant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic & international holiday inquiries professionally
- Design customized South India tour packages based on client preferences
- Guide clients on destinations, hotels, transportation & travel experiences
- Convert travel leads into confirmed bookings through effective communication
- Ensure smooth end-to-end travel coordination and customer support
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service experiences
- Work-from-home opportunities are available for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of relevant B2C sales experience.
Requirements:
- Preferably a graduate in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Passion for travel, tourism & customer engagement
- Sales and customer-handling skills preferred
- Basic knowledge of South India destinations is an added advantage
