Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities across multiple construction and infrastructure projects.
- Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and executing project deliverables.
- Track project progress against timelines and report deviations with corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and status dashboards.
- Monitor project documentation, including drawings, approvals, contracts, work orders, and correspondence.
- Follow up on pending activities, approvals, procurement, and material deliveries to avoid project delays.
- Coordinate with the Procurement, Finance, Accounts, and Administration teams for smooth project operations.
- Support project budgeting by tracking project expenses, invoices, and payment milestones.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and project quality standards.
- Assist in identifying project risks and escalate critical issues to the Project Manager.
- Organize project review meetings and maintain action trackers.
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones, resource allocation, and documentation.
- Coordinate site visits and ensure timely communication between corporate and project teams.
- Prepare MIS reports and management presentations on project performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- MBA or Project Management certification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in project coordination within the infrastructure, construction, or real estate sector.
- Experience coordinating commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial projects is preferred.
Required Skills

- Experience in preparing MIS reports and project status updates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
