The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently. Maintain proper records of calls and customer information. Achieve assigned quality and performance targets. Follow company policies and communication standards. Requirements Good verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of computers. Good listening and customer-handling skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers can apply. Relevant voice-process experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
